A man survived after plunging 152 feet into the Detroit River from a bridge connecting to - with the alarm being raised by two women who lost a father and partner in the same river decades earlier.The man, identified as contractor Spencer Baker, 27, who was working on the Ambassador Bridge and replacing its suspension cables, was rescued on Wednesday evening by a crew aboard a Detroit mail delivery boat.Bernita Flowers witnessed the terrifying plunge first hand.
