Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hit back at the 'insane' suggestion from a reporter Tuesday that Ukraine should give Russian President Vladimir Putin some occupied territory to end the war. Zelensky, standing side-by-side at a White House press conference with President , also insisted that he was confident that Republicans would relent and approve a bill giving the war-torn nation an additional $61.4billion in military aid.
