's £300 million border fence, intended to counter the threat of potential Russian invasion, has been ridiculed by Finns as a 'complete joke'.
The flimsy-looking green fence along part of Finland's 808 mile border - the construction of which began in February in the city of Imatra to as a counter to the threat of Russian invasion and migrants flowing from the war in Ukraine - has been compared to a 'dog kennel fence'.
Critics have attacked the fence for its shoddy green colour, distinct lack of barbed wire, spikes or surveillance system to keep out trespassing migrants.
