General Hospital star Haley Pullos showed up in court near Wednesday barely recognizable as she sported a new look, immaculately made-up and with her long blonde hair dyed brown and tied up in a tight bun.The 25 year-old actress was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on charges resulting from a horrific, near-fatal car crash that happened when she allegedly drove the wrong way on an LA freeway while she was drunk and high on drugs.But the prelim at Pasadena court was instead continued by Judge Terry Sterling to February 28.
