The sprawling double-manse located just steps from the ocean in Southampton, New York is currently listed for $150 million, but is struggling to find a buyer.
The stunning estate, dubbed Dune for the sandy dune it sits behind, is owned by controversial Canadian art magazine publisher and collector Louise Blouin, 63. If sold at its current asking price, it would become the most expensive home to ever sell in the exclusive summer enclave.
This is, however, not La Dune's first time on the market. The magnificent property was previously listed in 2016 for $145 million and again in 2019 for $110 million. Neither time was a new owner found.
