Louis Tomlinson stops his concert 'so a fan can be carried out'

British superstar halted his show in Washington D.C. on Thursday night so a fan who passed out could be carried from the premises.

Video from the concert showed the former star urging fans to 'back it up a bit.'

'Everyone c'mon it's a team effort, it's a team effort,' he told fans at the sold-out venue. 'Don't let me look at you and see you're not moving back.'
