The insists no U.S. troops will be sent to the ground in Ukraine despite President authorizing the deployment of 3,000 service members.National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said Sunday that the U.S. will continue to support Ukraine in its war with Russian without sending troops into the fight.'We are going to take dramatic, bold steps to help Ukraine defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity,' Sullivan said in an interview on NBC's Meet the Press. 'And we were going to make sure that we do not end up in World War III with – meaning U.S. troops fighting Russian troops in Ukraine or anywhere else.'
