Orlando Bloom is dragged into Katy Perry's real estate battle

Actor Orlando Bloom has officially been dragged into what is expected to be a brutal trial between his fiancée and the family of a dying veteran who claims he was forced to surrender his Montecito mansion to her, DailyMail.com has learned.

The family served Bloom, 47, with a subpoena late Thursday to testify in the damages phase of a years-long real estate battle, which is set to begin on February 25.

'The family believes strongly that Orlando should testify as he was heavily involved in the property management once the keys were exchanged and he visited prior,’ a source close to the Westcott's family told DailyMail.com.
