On Tuesday, as Vice President was making her grand 'closing argument' speech on the Ellipse, Biden was sticking his foot in his mouth as he gave his two cents on a Trump-aligned comedian calling Puerto Rico a 'floating island of garbage.'
Biden said on the call: 'The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters - his - his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it's un-American.'
